– Supervise operations at the supermarket, ensuring proper stocking, merchandising, and employee management.

– Manage the online business, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, website functionality, customer inquiries, and online marketing.

– Develop and implement efficient processes to manage all three businesses simultaneously.

2- Customer Acquisition & Retention

– Pharmacy: Build strategies to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and improve community outreach (e.g., health seminars, partnerships with local clinics).

– Supermarket: Identify opportunities to expand the customer base through promotions, local advertising, and product offerings.

– E-Commerce: Increase online traffic and sales through digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media), promotions, and partnerships.

– To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all three businesses— a well-organized, reliable, and customer-friendly delivery system is crucial.

3- Financial Oversight

– Prepare and manage budgets for each business unit, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.

– Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends, improve margins, and optimize pricing strategies.

– Manage inventory for both the pharmacy and supermarket, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.

4- Marketing and Branding

– Develop and execute marketing strategies across all platforms (physical store, online store, social media, etc.) to boost brand visibility and drive sales.

– Manage social media channels, including content creation, engagement, and advertising to drive awareness and customer acquisition.

– Coordinate with third-party partners (e.g., delivery services, influencers) to expand the customer reach.

5- Staff Management and Training

– Hire, train, and motivate a diverse team for both the pharmacy, supermarket, and online business.

– Implement training programs to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.

– Manage employee schedules, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.

6- Customer Service Excellence

– Ensure that all businesses provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints effectively, and resolve issues promptly.

– Monitor customer feedback (both in-store and online) and implement improvements based on suggestions and complaints.

7- Reporting and Analysis

– Regularly report on sales performance, customer acquisition, inventory levels, and overall business health.

– Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on performance metrics.

Job Requirements:

– Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).

– Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and online advertising.

– Ability to manage budgets, profit margins, and sales goals.

– Strong leadership and team management skills.

– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

– Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and customer service best practices is a plus.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems; knowledge of e-commerce tools is a bonus.
