An E-cigarette Company located in Mar Roukroz – Lebanon is looking for a Product Care Specialist to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Conduct Level 1 (L1) inspections on all returned devices to assess their condition.
– Register devices in the system accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
– Sanitize devices following company protocols to ensure they are safe for reuse.
– Repack devices to prepare them for redistribution.
– Operate primarily out of the Aramex warehouse where the physical inspections will take place.
Qualifications:
– Serious and dedicated individual who is comfortable with technical work.
– Candidates who demonstrate a stable and long-term interest in this role.
– Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Schedule:
Monday To Friday
9:00 AM till 6:00 PM
