An International Lighting Manufacturing company, headquartered in USA, with offices in Roumieh, Lebanon is currently hiring a Sales Support to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Manage leads for sales representatives and distributors, ensuring data accuracy.
- Update the CRM project pipeline according to each project’s progress.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales activity reports, including pipeline updates, claims, and sample feedback.
- Draft quotations based on price lists and issue offers and proforma invoices.
- Validate all quotations with the line manager prior to submission.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and quotations by project name.
- Process purchase orders and sales orders, including entry, verification, and tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics, shipping, inventory, and operations teams to secure timely delivery.
- Provide updates on order status, tracking numbers, and lead times.
- Manage post-order revisions, cancellations, and claims.
- Support customers via email and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Accurately log and track claims (claim #, date, project, status) and share updates as needed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues throughout the sales process.
- Assist with lighting schedules, specification sheets, shop drawings, BOQs, and datasheets.
- Provide lighting calculations/designs (Dialux), IES files, and installation manuals.
- Deliver technico-commercial training sessions to selected clients.
- Arrange and track sample shipments to representatives or end clients; collect feedback and oversee mock-ups.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Participate in trade shows, rep meetings, and sales calls.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, commissions, and rep contracts.
- Build and update a database of lighting designers for specification purposes.
- Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by sales management.
- Monitor project status to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales communication or support; background in lighting, construction, or technical products is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE and KSA markets, particularly with engineering firms and contractors.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Dialux, Photoshop, Illustrator, and V-Ray is a plus.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication abilities.
- Fluent in English.
- US visa or foreign passport is preferred.
