An IT Consultancy located in Beirut, Lebanon is looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day recruitment activities, including internal and external job posting, headhunting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate interviews
  • Compile and maintain the candidates’ database on our internal system
  • Communicate regularly and clearly with managers regarding position requirements, sourcing strategies, candidate assessments, interview strategies, and follow-ups etc…
  • Prepare and conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees, and perform check-in meetings with them
  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to HR/personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc…)
  • Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys etc… and take meeting minutes when necessary
  • Draft and update policies, procedures, and the company handbook to ensure compliance with ISO standards
  • Manage performance reviews and KPIs for the employees
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver employee training and development programs
  • Address employee inquiries regarding employment visas, HR issues, rules, and regulations
  • Maintain and update digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves, and assist with payroll - preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, benefits, leaves, etc.)
  • Assist with the termination process, including preparation of separation paperwork, and conducting exit interviews
  • Oversee HR events and meetings, and coordinate management-employee communications
  • Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Foster and maintain a positive company culture
  • Ensure and maintain the utmost confidentiality for all sensitive HR information
  • Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role in the IT industry
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws preferably in UAE, and Lebanon
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with solid presentation abilities
  • Team player, proactive and positive attitude
  • Fluency in English, French, and Arabic language
