An E-cigarette Company located in Lebanon is looking for an experienced Territory Representative to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement long-term and short-term deployments at indirect retail locations

Provide feedback to Territory Supervisor to achieve targets and improve results

Develop excellent product knowledge and train retailers on proper messaging
-
Coach retailers on customer service best practices and monitor key performance indicators

Conduct and train retailers on guided product trials and conversion techniques
-
Reconcile inventory and track deployments on a weekly basis
-
Analyze territory performance data to identify opportunities and set clear objectives
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers in assigned territory

Ensure optimal handling of product portfolio, point-of-sale materials, and after-sales tools
-
Master relevant IT systems and provide feedback to stakeholders
-
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance directives
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates considered)

Fluency in Arabic and English (English mandatory)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Customer service orientation with excellent negotiation abilities
-
Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
-
Experience in retail, hospitality, FMCG, F&B, or customer service is preferred but not required
