Job Description

An Import & Distribution Company for printing & signage materials, located in Roumieh, is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Implement effective inventory management systems to monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and minimize excess inventory.

– Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure adequate raw material availability while avoiding stockouts after receiving the orders from the sales team.

– Conduct regular inspections and audits of incoming materials to ensure compliance with specifications.

– Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members perform effectively and meet objectives.

– Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover and lead times.

– Fleet management. Supervise a team of drivers responsible for transporting raw materials to various destinations.

– Develop efficient delivery routes based on factors such as location, order volume, and traffic conditions to optimize delivery schedules and minimize transportation costs.

– Coordinate with warehouse, sales and drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of raw materials to clients.

– Monitor driver performance, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with transportation regulations.

– Provide training, guidance, and support to drivers to enhance their skills and ensure professionalism in customer interactions.

– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to effectively address issues such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and route deviations as well as client satisfaction.

 

 

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

– Proven experience 5 years plus in operation management, preferably in distribution and FMCG companies.

– Excellent fleet management experience and coordination as well as optimization of delivery schedules.

– Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.

– Strong Decision Making, problem solving, deadline oriented, reporting and able to manage staff.

 

Location: Roumieh, Lebanon

 

Working Hours: Monday till Saturday from 7:30 till 17:00

 

Salary: Negotiable salary in USD
